The Skin Specialist cleansed my underarms before passing the cool machine tip quickly across them. Less then five minutes under each arm and my treatment was complete. Touted as the first "no pain" laser, PPx Therapy is in fact significantly more comfortable than the Laser Hair Removal experiences I've had in the past. The machine makes life so bearable that there is no need to apply the pre-treatment topical numbing agents offered at other medical spas.
